Alexis Park School consists of 320 students from both rural and urban backgrounds. The dedicated teaching staff offers diverse curriculum and learning opportunities for students. Currently, Alexis Park has 10 classrooms for grades Kindergarten through grade 7, and offers a Kindergarten French immersion school which feeds Beiarsto.

B.X. Elementary, North BX, Vernon BC

BX Elementary is a semi-rural Kindergarten through grade 7 elementary school with over 438 students. BX Elementary has a strong focus on academics. Also, a focus on achievement is promoted through clubs and extracurricular sports which cater to a variety of interests and strengths.  14 new classroom willl be added in 2020 and all the portables will be removed.

Ecole Beairsto Elementary (French Immersion) School, Vernon, BC

Since 1982, École Beairsto has been the home of School District No. 22's Elementary French Immersion Programme. They are BC's largest single-track French Immersion elementary school and the largest elementary school in the Vernon School District.
There are currently 630 students in 26 divisions from grades 1-7.

Coldstream Elementary, Coldstream BC

Coldstream Elementary School is located in the picturesque Coldstream Valley of the North Okanagan. Currently 380 students strong, the school takes pride in all aspects of academic success and community spirit. 

Ellison Elementary

2400 Fulton Road, Vernon BC

One of the newer schools in the District, located in the growing Okanagan Landing area. The school currently enrolls 370 students from kindergarten to grade seven including 5 French Immersion Kindergarten classes.

Harwood Elementary School

4320 20th St, Vernon, BC

Harwood is a Kindergarten to Grade 7 school with about 455 students.  Harwood is host to the first Strong Start Program in School District #22, a parent participation program for preschool children. In addition, Harwood Elementary is host to the Grade 6 and Grade 7 Late French Immersion Programs and Kindergarten French Immersion.

Hillview Elementary School

1822 Francis Street, South BC, Vernon BC

Hillview Elementary School has 360 students from Kindergarten to grade 7. The school is located in a semi-rural area of the South BX area of Vernon with spacious school grounds.

Kidston Elementary School, Coldstream

12101 Linden Drive, Coldstream, BC

Kidston Elementary is currently meeting the educational needs of approximately 350 students enrolled, from Kindergarten through Grade 7. There are 20 teaching staff, two administrators, a counsellor, a library resource teacher, two Learning Support teachers. "We take pride in being a welcoming school community, with high standards of achievement in academics, fine arts, athletics, and social responsibility."

Mission Hill Elementary

Mission Hill Elementary has an enrolment of 300 students with 44 people on staff (including administration and support staff). The school has 15 classrooms, a music room, a gymnasium, and two portables. Mission Hill is wheelchair accessible.

Okanagan Landing Elementary

Okanagan Landing Elementary is located in the Okanagan Landing neighbourhood of Vernon, BC. overlooking Okanagan Lake. The population of Okanagan Elementary consists of approximately 350 students from kindergarten to grade 7.

Silver Star Elementary, East Hill, Vernon BC

This is a recently renovated school, situated in an established residential area with grades K-7, as well as being home to the district Montessori program, serving approximately 450-500 students altogether. In addition to the school's reputation for academic progress, it boasts a strong Fine Arts Program, sports teams for every sport offered in the district, a strong intramural program, and a lunch program second to none thanks to the amazing work of the P.A.C. Silver Star Elementary has two playground structures, sports fields, a full sized gym, and a large school library.

Vernon Christian School - Elementary Campus

The Elementary Campus welcomes students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 6. The primary years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 welcome children into our community of learners at VCS. Grades 4, 5 and 6 are the intermediate years in the elementary school program.

J.W. Inglis Elementary

JW Inglis Elementary is a Kindergarten to grade 6 school located in Lumby, B.C. with 360 wonderful students and over 30 staff members. The school has 15 divisions, a music room, an art room, and a mobile computer lab.

Cherryville Elementary

Cherryville Elementary is very much a community school and focuses on providing a nurturing family atmosphere, with staff, parents and students working toward common goals. The school is committed to educating the whole child, preparing students for further education in a larger center, setting high expectations and constantly seeking to improve performance.  With grades from K-6 with 80 happy students in 5 Divisions.

Secondary Schools:

Clarence Fulton Secondary School in Okanagan Landing, Vernon BC

Clarence Fulton Secondary School serves grades 8 through 12 wtih 800 students attending. The school is nestled along Vernon Creek and is surrounded by Grahame Park which provides baseball diamonds, soccer, rugby and football fields, sand volleyball courts and outdoor basketball courts. The high school classes have been organized to provide diverse learning opportunities for the students.

Kalamalka Seconday School, Coldstream, BC

Kalamalka Secondary School is a well rounded school made up of academics and athletics from Grades 8 through 12 with just over 580 students. In 2009 Kalamalka Secondary senior girls basketball team won the Provincial championships.

W.L. Seaton Seconday School, Vernon, BC

Seaton is a dual track school, with 200 students registered in their French Immersion program with 200 out of 850 students registered in their French Immersion program. The school has a variety of outstanding curricular and extra-curricular activities including: high academic achievement, exceptional drama productions, award-winning music program, excellent fine arts and technology programs, competitive athletic teams, and numerous clubs.

Vernon Secondary School (VSS), Vernon BC

VSS was formerly Vernon Senior Secondary School and hosted only grades 10-12, but was later changed to include grades 8-12 thus becoming Vernon Secondary School. The school has recently been rebuilt, with completion in January of 2013.  VSS hosts academic learning for 1000 students. 

Vernon Christian School - Secondary Campus

The Secondary School program addresses the needs of students in Grade 7 – 12. The program focusses on two main areas, middle school (grades 7 -9), and high school (grades 10 -12). The curriculum is presented from a Christian perspective, and follows the BC Ministry of Education guidelines.

Charles Bloom Secondary, Armstrong

The mission of Charles Bloom Secondary as a progressive, caring community school is to foster a lifelong desire to learn, social responsibility, attainment of potential and adaptability to change by providing relevant learning opportunities and accepting only appropriate behaviour.  Charles Bloom teaches 360 students between grades 8 through 12.
