Realtors® Open RE/MAX Sub-Brokerage in Vernon

VERNON, BC, February 24, 2020 – Lisa Salt and Gord Fowler, local real estate veterans, in conjunction with RE/MAX Vernon, have opened up a brand new RE/MAX sub brokerage named RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler, which is expected to have its Grand Opening on March 5, 2020 in Vernon. This is the first RE/MAX sub-brokerage to open in the Vernon area.

Located at the current RE/MAX office at 5603 27 Street, RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler will feature 10 licensed residential real estate professionals with more than 100 years of combined real estate experience.

Brad Marsh, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Vernon said “With the new real estate rules handed down by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia in June of 2018, there is a huge pressure for teams to disband and instead create their own offices.
