Welcome to another update on the exciting real estate developments in the Okanagan Landing area! Today, we will take a closer look at three brand-new projects: condos, townhouses, and apartments. These developments are all conveniently located near one another, making it easy for you to explore your options. We'll start with the one that's furthest along in construction and end with the one that's just getting started. I'm Lisa Salt with RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler, and I'm here to guide you through these promising new properties.
Sailview Townhomes at 7599 Klinger Road
First on our list is the Sailview Townhomes, situated at 7599 Klinger Road. With prices starting at $684,900 plus GST, this development offers an excellent location near the water, right across the lake. Although there is no direct public access to the water, Paddlewheel Park is just a 2-minute drive or a 17-minute walk away. Families will find it convenient as Okanagan Landing Elementary School is within walking distance, approximately a 12-minute walk.
The Sailview Townhomes feature three-bedroom units with 2.5 bathrooms, double car garages, and covered patios. These homes are designed with families in mind, offering proximity to schools and parks. The floor plans include three-storey units where you enter at the basement level and make your way up to the main floor and bedrooms. While the middle three-storey units are the least expensive, units with lake views are priced at $719,900 plus GST. Additionally, there are larger level-entry units, ideal for older residents, starting at $779,900 plus GST.
Townhouse Development at 7670 Okanagan Landing Road
Next, we have a townhouse development located at 7670 Okanagan Landing Road. While details are scarce and no website is available, there is a pre-sale for Unit 3 listed on the MLS for $868,000, likely plus GST. These units feature three bedrooms and three bathrooms and are marketed as being close to shopping centers. However, the nearest amenities include the 1516 Pub and a liquor store directly across the street.
The development is a short walk from Paddlewheel Park, which offers a boat launch, pickleball and tennis courts, and a playground. Okanagan Landing School is also nearby, about a 13-minute walk. One attractive feature of these townhouses is the optional elevator, making it easier to access the rooftop patios. With approximately 1,869 square feet of living space, plus a 556-square-foot terrace and additional balconies, these homes offer plenty of room. The units also include a one-car garage and an additional covered parking spot.
Brooks Landing at 7501 Brooks Lane
Last but not least is Brooks Landing, located at 7501 Brooks Lane. This development is in the early stages, with plans for a five-storey, 17-unit apartment building right on the lake. These condominium residences will offer two- and three-bedroom units with covered parking, storage, and amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and fitness room.
The modern design includes floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet, all situated on 42 linear feet of Okanagan Lake frontage. An application for a dock has been submitted, making it perfect for lakefront living. Brooks Landing is still in the pre-sale stage, and construction has yet to begin.
